Panzú’s own brews include:

Papa Panzu Pilsner - 5.0% ABV

Panzú's Pilsner beer is bready and unapologetically hoppy, and dry with nothing but German hops.

Dreaming of Santiago Blonde Ale - 6.0% ABV

Staying true to style, the Panzú blonde is low in bitterness, light in colour and has a creamy texture. Mildly dry hopped to give a citrus twist on the finish.

Gotas de Ambar - Amber Ale - 5.2% ABV

A balanced American Amber Ale, with hints of bread, roasted malts and caramel balanced against a prominent bitterness and subtle citrus notes.

Hazy Southern Skies Hazy Pale Ale - 5.2% ABV

A very easy-drinking hazy pale ale! We used a base malt from Carolina Malt House and added flaked oats to build a super smooth body. El Dorado and Strata are used to give orange and tangerine aromas with a piney bitterness and light finish.

Something Spanish from ChatGBT - 5.3% ABV

A kettle soured, tropical fruited Berliner Weiss, with a ton of fruit. We went big with a blend of Papaya, Passionfruit and Mango on a pilsner and wheat base, to give a good body and clean flavour to allow those fruits to shine.

Hevita Hefeweizen - 5.5% ABV

True to style, the Panzú Hef has hints of foam banana and clove, low bitterness slight acidity and hint of tropical fruits.

Mauri Myth Hazy IPA - 6.5% ABV

Inspired by the rich Mythology of the Maori culture this beer uses Nelson Sauvim and Moteuka hops to add a complex fruit character of gooseberry, grape and lime with a balanced pine bitterness.

Panzú Stout - 5.4% ABV

The Panzú Stout has aromas of coffee and dark chocolate with a light smooth body, balanced bitterness and a mellow roast character.

Sunset Cigua Red Rye IPA - 6.4% ABV

A red rye IPA, in collaboration with the flock at King Canary Brewery. This IPA uses red malt, rye, and wheat as its base. Hand-selected Simcoe and Mosaic hops are used to add a pine and citrus note with a blueberry finish.

Pint of Sunshine Hazy IPA - 7.2% ABV

A tropical fruit explosion, bringing the Caribbean sunshine with a soft and smooth malt body. This IPA has notes of citrus, papaya and passionfruit.

Sunday Dominos double hazy IPA - 8.8% ABV

Our first double hazy IPA is guaranteed to liven up any game of dominos. With a thick mouthfeel and it's groundbreaking use of citra and moasic hops, (with a hint of moteuka) this hazy DIPA will give you a hit of mango, papaya, and citrus fruits.

Tiguerazo West Coast IPA - 7.5% ABV

Tiguerazo is a bold modern west coast IPA, with a simple malt base of pilsner, two row, wheat and a tiny addition of crystal 40. Using Simcoe, Strata and Chinook to get aromas of gummy bears and cantaloupe melon, with a moderate bitterness and flavors of peach, pine and citrus fruit.

Workin' In The Yard American Lager - 4.7% ABV

This American lager has a simple malt base of pilsner and brumalt to keep a simple malty character with some sweet notes, single hopped with Mandarina Bavaria for some classic german hops with a citrus note that lingers, enticing you back for that second sip.
