Our Beer

Panzú’s own brews include:

Panzú Blonde - 5% ABV

Panzú Blonde - 5% ABV

Staying true to style, the Panzú blonde is low in bitterness, light in colour and has a creamy texture. Mildly dry hopped to give a citrus twist on the finish.

Panzú West Coast IPA - 6.4% ABV

Panzú West Coast IPA - 6.4% ABV

Aroma of orange, passion fruit and pine. A strong pine bitterness with toffee sweetness and the passion fruit character to finish.

Panzú Hazy IPA #2 - 6.4% ABV

Panzú Hazy IPA #2 - 6.4% ABV

This hazy IPA has a pale malt backbone, with flaked oats to build it up. Leaving plenty of room for the hops to shine. It has a three hop blend to give stone fruit, dankness and some classic grapefruit.

Panzú Hefeweizen - 5.5% ABV

Panzú Hefeweizen - 5.5% ABV

True to style, the Panzú Hef has hints of foam banana and clove, low bitterness slight acidity and hint of tropical fruits.

Panzú Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV

Panzú Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV

Well-rounded pale ale with medium bitterness and plenty of citrus notes.

Panzú Hazy Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV

Panzú Hazy Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV

Aromas of peach rings, mango and dankness lead before a soft clean malt character a low balanced bitterness then mango and stone fruit to finish.

Panzú Pilsner - 5% ABV

Panzú Pilsner - 5% ABV

Panzú Pilsner is bready and unapologetically hoppy and dry with nothing but German hops.

Panzú Stout - 5.4% ABV

Panzú Stout - 5.4% ABV

The Panzú Stout has aromas of coffee and dark chocolate with a light smooth body, balanced bitterness and a mellow roast character.

Panzú USA ESB - 6% ABV

Panzú USA ESB - 6% ABV

This is a traditional English style beer, so we put a US twist on it. Dark malts added for colour and hints of nuttiness and coffee, English hops used for subtle layered bittering, but American hops used for blueberry jam flavours, instead of orange marmalade.
